*   GBP 48.00 per night:  02 January to 14 March 2008, April 2008 and November
     (based on minimum of 3 nights) 

*   EURO prices available on application for Eire Residents or those preferring Euro

*   Payment by Credit Card accepted via Paypal (a 4% surcharge applies towards my costs)

*  A GBP 50.00 or EURO 75,00 deposit is required to secure a booking

*  The balance  to be paid in full 2 weeks before arrival date or in cash (EURO only) on arrival
     

*   Keys available from 16:00 on start date / Check-out 10:00 on departure date

 

We regret no refunds of any monies paid can be made once paid due to cancellation by you for any reason so I recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance.

Should  I need to cancel your booking for any reason ( this is highly unlikely ) I will refund all monies paid but I can not be liable for any consequential losses incurred by you. In the event of this exceptional circumstance I will of course try to assist you in finding alternative accommodation.

*   Finish Cleaning Euro 35.00 per stay (payable locally)

*   Minimum 2 night stay BUT subject to 3 night charge

*   GBP 52.00 per night:  15 to 31 March 2008,  01 May to 31 October 2008 and
      01 December 2008 to 02 January 2009 (based on minimum of 3 nights)

*    Prices for the whole house for 2 people, additional persons GBP10.00 per person per night

*   Breakfast available at nearby Märchenhotel at Euro 7.50 per person per day
