*   EUR 60.00 per night:  01 - 22 November
*   GBP prices available on application for those preferring to pay in Sterling
*   Payment by Credit Card accepted (a 5% surcharge applies towards my costs)
      or by cheque (Sterling only)
*   A GBP 50.00 or EURO 75,00 deposit is required to secure a booking -

I regret no refunds of any monies paid can be made once paid due to cancellation by you for any reason so I recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance.

Should  I need to cancel your booking for any reason ( this is highly unlikely ) I will refund all monies paid but I can not be liable for any consequential losses incurred by you. In the event of this exceptional circumstance I will of course try to assist you in finding alternative accommodation.

*   Minimum 3 night stay.
*   EUR 70.00 per night:  01 April to 31 October and 23 November to 20 December
